The terms on which this website and its online enquiry service are made available to you.

These terms govern your use of this website. By using it you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms apply to the website only. They are not the terms on which we provide care. The care we provide is governed by a separate written care agreement, together with our policies on safeguarding, medication, complaints and data protection, all of which are given to every client before care begins.

This website is operated by Integrated Support Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 13829956, with its registered office at Office 7, Unit 30 Brunel Road, Manor Trading Estate, Benfleet, Essex SS7 4PS.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (location ID 1-13233433171) as a provider of personal care to adults in their own homes. Our registration is limited to that service. Nothing on this website should be read as offering any service we are not registered to provide.
3. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only, and specifically to find out about our services and to make an enquiry. You must not:
- use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
- introduce malicious code, or interfere with the site's normal operation;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact details from the site;
- use the site to send unsolicited commercial communications.
4. No medical or care advice
The content on this website is general information about the kinds of care we provide. It is not medical, clinical, legal or financial advice, and it must not be relied upon as such. It cannot take account of any individual's circumstances.
If you need medical advice, contact your GP, call NHS 111, or in an emergency call 999. If you need an assessment of your care needs, contact your local authority's adult social care team — that assessment is free and is your legal right under the Care Act 2014.
Any description of a condition or of care practice on this website is necessarily simplified. Nothing on it creates a clinical duty of care towards you, or a contract to provide care.
5. Enquiries made through this website
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract, reserve a place, or oblige us to provide care. It is an invitation to begin a conversation.
The enquiry form does not transmit data to our servers. As explained on the contact page and in our privacy policy, it composes a message and opens it in WhatsApp on your own device for you to send. We therefore cannot guarantee that we will receive any given enquiry, and nothing on our part is confirmed until a member of our team has replied to you directly.
Please do not use the enquiry form to report an emergency or to send urgent clinical information. Telephone us instead.
6. Accuracy of information
We take care to keep this website accurate and up to date, particularly regarding our registration details, our CQC rating and how to contact us. We may change the content at any time without notice.
We do not publish prices on this website, because the appropriate cost of care depends on an individual assessment. Any figure quoted to you in conversation remains an indication until confirmed in writing.
Where we describe care practices, we describe what we intend to deliver. Individual care is always determined by the care plan agreed with the person concerned.
7. Links to other websites
This website links to external resources, including the Care Quality Commission's register, and to documents published as PDFs. Those sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
8. Intellectual property
The design, text, graphics and code of this website are owned by or licensed to Integrated Support Services Ltd, and are protected by copyright. Our name and logo are our marks.
You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link to this site. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, redistribute or commercially exploit any part of this website without our written permission.

Photographs on this website are illustrative. They are used to convey the kinds of care situation we work in. Except where expressly stated, the people shown are models or stock subjects and are not our clients, our staff, or people we have cared for. Their use does not imply any endorsement of our services by the people depicted.
10. Availability
We aim to keep this website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. It may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of factors outside our control. We may suspend or withdraw the site, in whole or in part, at any time.
11. Our liability to you
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from your reliance on any content on it — including, for example, lost time or a missed opportunity. This website is provided for information, and any decision you make about care should be taken with proper advice.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, which are unaffected by anything written here.
12. Complaints about our care
These terms cover the website. If you have a concern about care you have received from us, please use our formal complaints procedure instead — telephone 01268 964605 or email info@integratedsupportserviceltd.com and ask for it. You can also raise a concern directly with the Care Quality Commission, or with your local authority's adult safeguarding team, at any time and without telling us first.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you use the site. The date at the top tells you when it was last changed.
14. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of your use of this website, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
