Integrated Support Services Ltd is an independent domiciliary care company based in Benfleet, Essex. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide personal care to adults in their own homes.

Who we are
A local company, set up to do home care properly.
Integrated Support Services Ltd was incorporated on 5 January 2022 and registered with the Care Quality Commission on 31 May 2022. We are a home care provider — we do not run a care home. Every hour of support we deliver happens in somebody's own house, on their own street, in the community they already know.
That shapes everything about how we work. Our carers travel to you. They learn your routines, your kitchen, your dog's name and which chair you like to sit in. And because we plan rotas around people rather than postcodes, the face at the door tends to stay the same face.
We are registered to support adults of all ages — both over and under 65 — including people living with dementia, a learning disability, a physical disability, a mental health condition, or a sight or hearing impairment.

January 2022 — incorporated
The company was incorporated in England and Wales on 5 January 2022, registered at Companies House under number 13829956.
May 2022 — CQC registered
On 31 May 2022 we were registered with the Care Quality Commission as a provider of personal care to people in their own homes.
January 2026 — rated Good
Following an assessment completed in November 2025, the CQC published its report on 6 January 2026. All five assessment domains are rated Good.

We provide excellent services to our clients while working closely with their loved ones and family to improve their lives and make them feel at home again.

Treating our service users, their families and our own staff with respect is one of our highest priorities — and that includes respecting clients' belongings and personal spaces, because the home belongs to them.

We offer first-class caregiving services to ensure that our clients enjoy the highest level of independence possible. Support should add capability, never take it away.
Individuality
We take care of each client differently — there is no one-shoe-fits-all approach here. We look at what each person actually needs and find the best way to meet it.
Confidentiality
At all times we respect our clients' right to privacy and treat all personal information with the highest degree of confidentiality, in line with the UK GDPR.
Round the clock
Care does not keep office hours. Our live-in carers are there through the night as well as the day, so families are never left to cope on their own.
