Integrated Support Services Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information and being clear about how we use it. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it and the rights you have under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), registration number ZB615428, and regulated by the Care Quality Commission, location ID 1-13233433171.

What we collect through this website

When you use our enquiry, availability or contact forms we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, who care is for, the type of support you are interested in, when care is needed, your preferred contact method and any message you choose to add. We deliberately do not ask for medical or other sensitive details through the website. Those are discussed securely once our team contacts you.

When you apply for a job through our careers form we collect your name, contact details, town or postcode, the role you are interested in, your right to work in the UK, your experience, availability, driving licence status, any message and your CV if you choose to upload one.

Why we use your information

To respond to your enquiry and help you arrange care. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a CQC registered care provider.

We do not sell your information, use it for automated decision-making or send marketing you have not asked for.

Where your information is stored

Form submissions are stored in a secure, access-controlled database provided by Supabase, and email notifications are delivered through Resend. Only authorised ISS staff can access submissions, through a password protected dashboard. CVs are held in private storage that is not publicly accessible.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, in line with our care records retention policy. Recruitment information for unsuccessful applications is kept no longer than 12 months unless you agree otherwise. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Who we share it with

We only share personal information with the service providers who help us run this website (our database, email and hosting providers), with regulators where the law requires it, and with professionals involved in your care with your consent. Our website also embeds content from third parties, including Google Maps and the Care Quality Commission ratings widget, which may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
